Hotel information and reservation

The symposium will take place at Quality Hotel View. Rooms have been pre booked for symposium delegates. The hotel is located right in the heart of the new district of Hyllie in Malmö, which is becoming a hub in one of Europe’s most dynamic regions – Öresund.

In only 3 minutes you can go by train to Malmö City Centre. The city is full of life all year around with a large variety of everyday pleasures, every day of the week. Malmö has something to offer everyone, from shopping, award winning restaurants and bars to museums, theaters and concert halls. Malmö is also very close to Copenhagen, the capital city of Denmark. By train you can reach Copenhagen Central Station in just 25 minutes.

How to book a room
The rooms are booked on a first- come first served basis. Don’t wait too long to book your accommodation, since the venue is fully booked during the conference dates.

Reservations should be made directy by e-mail q.view@choice.se. State booking number 2110GR013079 – include which dates you want to stay and what type of room you’d prefer. Please note that the pre-booked rooms will not be available through other booking channels.

To guarantee the booking for late arrival after 18.00 on the arrival day, please contact the hotel to state your credit card information. Cancellation conditions: Please check with the hotel upon reservation.
